We would like to invite you to participate in the 39th Annual "Future of Golf" Tournament to be held at The Falls Club
of the Palm Beaches on Saturday June 8, 2019. Registration: 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM Shotgun start: 9:00 AM
v PLATINUM SPONSOR: $5,000 Includes 8 player tournament entry fees. Equipment or product display on course
if desired, 2 company tee signs, company name on tournament banner and sponsor
board plus (40) free raffle tickets. Florida Green & Social Media Recognition.
v GOLD SPONSOR: $1,750 Includes 4 player tournament entry fees, 2 company tee signs, company name on
sponsor board and (20) free raffle tickets. FL Green & Social Media recognition.
v SILVER SPONSOR: $1,250 Includes 4 player fees consisting of players who are suppliers, supt./asst., and/or
club officials. One company tee sign and company name on sponsor board and
12 free raffle tickets.
v SUPERINTENDENT TEAM: $500 Team to be composed of superintendents or assistants exclusively. Teams are
encouraged to donate foursomes of golf or soft goods from their respective clubs.
v TEE SPONSOR: $300 NEW TEE SIGNS with company logos included!
